Shipping policy
Standard delivery- FREE
All orders placed before 12.00 pm will be dispatched on the same day. Any orders placed after this time will be dispatched on the next working day.
Customers are responsible for typing their own correct shipping address
We use Amazon shipping Services as our main delivery:
Free Express delivery- Amazon shipping Two Days
(e.g. if you place an order on Monday before 12.00 pm your parcel will be delivered on the same day. Standard delivery takes 48 hours and you should receive this on Wednesday/Thursday.)
We will provide you with a tracking number for each order so that you will be able to track the progress of your order at all times.
Amazon shipping One day- 4.25 GBP (Next day)
This service aims to deliver your parcel within the next 24 hours. It has a next-day delivery success rate of 97%. This means that in most of cases, your item will arrive on the next working day but it is not guaranteed. Please contact us immediately if you have paid for next-day delivery but have not received it on time.
Please note your order will need to be placed before 12.00 pm to be dispatched on the same day and delivered the next day.
DELIVERY DATE & TIME
Orders placed and confirmed by 12.00pm (GMT) will be processed on the same day, while orders placed and confirmed after 12.00pm (GMT) on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the next working day. Working days refer to Mondays to Fridays, not including Saturdays, Sundays, and Bank Holidays in United Kingdom.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is complete and accurate. This includes providing the correct street number, street name, city, state, and zip code. We rely on this information to deliver your order promptly and accurately.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
If an incorrect shipping address is provided:
Responsibility: Customers are solely responsible for any errors in the shipping address they enter. Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error will be the customer's responsibility.
Non-retrievable Shipments: We regret to inform you that we cannot retrieve or call back items once they have been shipped to an incorrect address. Please double-check your address details before completing your order.
Order Confirmation
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order details and the shipping address you provided.

Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to correct the shipping address after placing your order:
Immediate Contact: Contact us as soon as possible so we can attempt to cancel or adjust your order before it is processed and shipped.
Cancellation Attempts: While we will make every effort to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel or modify the order in time. Our order processing system is designed for efficiency, which sometimes means that changes cannot be made once an order has been placed.
Shipped Orders: If the order has already been shipped, we will be unable to make any changes or cancellations. The customer will be responsible for any further actions needed to retrieve or redirect the package.
